We are looking for a HR Manager to assist us with creating HR related standards, processes and policies,Recruiting, handling legal matters, maintaining employee records, conduct benefit analysis and other human resource related matters.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Master’s degree in Human Resource and/or Marketing
Well versed with Compliance and Legal matters
Experience with standards, processes and policies
Experience with Talent acquisition, retention, performance, leadership and team development
Exhibit excellent organizational, written, verbal and analytical skills.
Ability to independently manage and execute tasks with multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines.
Demonstrated sound decision-making ability and conflict resolution.
