HR EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the entire hiring process for all locationsImplementing effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniquesReviewing resumes and applicationsConducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring processWorking with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positionsPreparing letters such as offer and confirmationMaintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, and medical insuranceAssess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employeeTraining new or existing employees, conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalitiesDesigning compensation & benefit programsDeveloping fair HR policies & communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employeesHandling insurance-related issues and keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewalManaging workplace safety issuesMonitoring the planned and executed tasks on a daily basis of all technical employeesVerifying the guiding the employees on the scheduling and execution of the tasksImplementing performance review procedure – weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual and 360 degree evaluationImplementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelinesHandling the full and final settlement of the employeesConducting various welfare activitiesCommunity initiatives programs – organizing and participationRegular updating of communication channelsPreparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the managementAdministration of all contract laborPreparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment, and full and final settlementsRecording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctualityMonitoring dress code for all employees including contract laborMaintaining and regularly updating the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employeeResolving grievances or queries that any of the employees haveEscalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issueChecking travel and tour expenses and contractor bills and record in relevant software for timely credit of the amount into employee’s accountsConducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordinglyReviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managersEngaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organizationMeasuring employee retention and turnover ratesSKILLSCandidates with prior experience in the above profilePost-graduation / Graduation in HR with interest in the above profileREMUNERATION Selected candidates shall be paid a salary of Rs. 15,000/- to 18,000/- depending upon their expertise in the job profileWALK-INInterested candidates can walk in on August 11, 2021, @ 3:00 pm or August 12, 2021, @ 3:00 pm with the resume with photograph and Aadhaar card copyApplication Deadline: 18/8/2021Expected Start Date: 16/8/2021Job Type: Full-timeExperience:HR: 1 year (Required)Speak with the employer+91 7305663213
