• Demonstrate English proficiency with a strong desire and ability to learn and improve.
• Utilize strong verbal and written communication in different channels such as phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve, and provide assistance.
• Work the night shift for the USA time zones.
• Establish strong client relationships.
• Manage multiple stakeholders.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible on any changes in the process.
• Stay updated on product and service knowledge to give the best assistance to the customers.
• Maintain and practice confidentiality about customers’ information and sensitive data.
• Provide advice, support, and guidance to direct s as needed and serve as a mentor to colleagues.
• Be persuasive and goal-oriented.
• Collaborate seamlessly, share your ideas, and contribute to a culture of innovation.
• Utilize strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
