Roles and Responsibilities –
· Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and objectives for MICE events.
· Serve as the bridge between clients and suppliers/venues to book services such as accommodation, restaurant dinners, tours, excursions, concerts, transport, and hotels.
· Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
· Coordinate with various suppliers, including hotels, transportation services, catering, and entertainment providers.
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients during events, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
· Oversee budget coordination, execute administrative duties, attend client meetings, manage post-event reconciliation, and handle accounts.
Required Candidate –
· Minimum 7+ Years experience in Mice is required.
· Proven experience in MICE Operations or Event Management.
· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
