Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and will be responsible for executing campaigns across various digital channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will play a key role in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
SEO/SEM: Implement and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings. Work on SEM campaigns for maximum ROI.
Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts and create content that increases engagement and drives conversions. Monitor social media trends and on performance.
Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to develop blog posts, newsletters, and other digital assets. Optimize content for SEO.
Email Marketing: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
Analytics & ing: Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Generate s to guide future campaigns.
Paid Advertising: Assist in managing PPC campaigns, budgeting, and ad performance tracking.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities for improving user experience and increasing conversion rates on landing pages and websites.
Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and development teams to create digital marketing assets (e.g., graphics, videos, landing pages).
Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
Experience in managing social media platforms and content creation.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to improve performance.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for optimizing landing pages.
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or any other relevant certification.
