The IBM FileNet Specialist will be a part of an international team that designs, develops and delivers new applications for Koch Industries. Koch Industries is a privately held global organization with over 130,000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments. Koch Technology Center (KTC) is being developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. As KTC rapidly scales up its operations in India, its employees will get opportunities to carve out a career path for themselves within the organization. This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the Koch Technology Center (KTC) over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant international exposure to the employees.
This position is a member of the Georgia Pacific Modern Workplace Solutions (MWS) team, and will be working with the applications related to Enterprise Content Management (ECM), collaboration, and Web applications. These are applications that GP employees, customers, and other business partners use to transact business.This position will perform both support and development tasks. This position will work as a member of a team composed of highly talented IT professionals and is ideal for someone who is looking to learn and apply technical skills.
A Day In The Life Could Include:
Resolution of end user issues for applications in productionRespond to end user issues submitted through the support deskPerform FileNet administration.Manage EC2 instances in AWS.Implement system administration improvements that would improve end user experience and/or reduce support time and costPerform on call support, as neededIdentify, develop, test, deploy, and implement system enhancements that would improve value of applications supportedPlan how to integrate new features and components into the architecture.Participate in the technical design of applicationsParticipate in estimation of work requestsComplete development assignment according to agree upon delivery scheduleReview completed work with clients for acceptanceRaise risks/issues to management, and recommend solutions
What You Will Need To Bring With You:
5-8+ years of development in FileNet and FileNet workflow solutions3+ years of system administration in FileNetKnowledge of application development concepts and techniquesBachelor’s degree in computing related area and/or work history which encompassed:
oIBM WebSphere and Microsoft IIS
oWindows Client & Server systems
oProgramming Languages
§C#
§Java
§Dojo
§JavaScript
§T-SQL
§XML
§MS PowerShell
§MS DOS, or similar command line
oProgramming Practice in construction or integration with

oVisual Studio
oEclipse Oxygen, Luna or Kepler development with WebSphere
oInstalling software and drivers
oEmail systems (Exchange, SMTP, MIME, IMAP, POP)
oMicrosoft Office
oActive Directory / LDAP
