Inviting applications for Analyst / Assistant Manager, Graphic + UX designer
We are looking for a Graphic + UX designer who can create/define user-centric design solutions. As a creative designer the responsibilities include creating effective communications, executive presentations, marcomm material, print media, logo design. UI/UX designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing responsive web applications and dashboards. To be successful in the above role, you should have strong communication and designing skills
Proven work experience of 3-5 years in Graphic/Visual Design and User Experience DesignAbility to communicate design rationale to stakeholders and continuously advocate for the end userThe desired candidate should be open-minded, creative, self-critical, flexible and adaptableDeep understanding of the human-centered design processAbility to define and design user-centric software solutionsKnowledge in the heuristic evaluation and expert review methodsExperienced in requirement gathering with customers to determine software use cases and requirements.Excellent collaboration skills teaming with clients, analysts, developers, and fellow designersAbility to implement the visual design established branding and data visualizations to produce modern, compelling software solutionsAbility to work with the senior leads and provide the right design solutionsShould be agile to adapt to any kind of project with challenging requirements in terms of meeting CTQ’s
Masters/Bachelors in designProficient with popular design tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision and PowerPointFamiliar with Adobe Premiere Pro or any other video editing softwareCertification in the field of user experience will be preferredUnderstanding of design thinkingPassion to explore new design trends and tools
