Key Responsibilities:
Process GA Matching BOMs through Pre-Production Operations (PPO) material-ordering systems.
Ensure all GA Matching material is ordered, collected, and delivered as scheduled to their respective GA Matching build events.
Continually manage the GAPP process while the PPO Material Management Organization procures all parts listed among the GA Matching BOMs.
Monitor material-order status via EMS to actively assist with advancing part-orders through part-procurement and purchasing systems.
Ensure timely and undamaged part deliveries by communicating GA Matching build kit-pulls and transportation arrangements between the PPO GA Warehouse and designated GA Matching build sites.

Location: GM Technical Centre – Bangalore
Workdays / Office Timing: 5 days (Mon to Friday) / Second Shift (3:30 PM to 12:00 AM)
Education Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Automobile) with 1-3 years experience
Knowledge:
Basic Manufacturing Process and Concept
Supply Chain Management
Manufacturing processes and Warehouse operations
Automotive production & real time production problem / resolution
Skills:
High level of understanding of the GA Matching process, GAPP process, and Global Dimensional Strategy.
Adequate knowledge of GA parts and GA build strategies.
Good computer skills for, and adequate understanding of:
Engineering Change Request (ECR) System
Global Document Management (GDM).
Engineering Material System (EMS) Web ing System.
Team Center Visualization Mockup.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, et al.
Dimensional Engineering / Statistical background
Ability to work and communicate with a broad range of individuals.
