Roles and Responsibilities
In this role you will-
Drive clarity by defining and prioritizing the program objectives, critical success factors and deliverables for the team. Additionally, you are expected to handle new product and Install Base engineering support activities.
Motivate the team and drive a sense of urgency on meeting program commitments. As part of the Leadership Team, you will works with the Business Team and program leadership team to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with competitive features.Ensure that the product development process abides by all defined cross-functional standards, meets the intent and letter of Phased Review Discipline and all compliance and regulatory needs of the applicable markets
Lead the cross-functional Program Core Team to establish an integrated plan for resources and materials to deliver the new product program per the Product Program team commitment including Estimation, Planning & tracking of program activities.
Identify early and solves complex and ambiguous cross-functional integration problems leading the team to deliver per Program team commitments including (but not limited to) completing functional goals, execution adjustments/iterations, process confusion, and cross-functional teamwork.
Work with the system, subsystem/platform, supply chain, service, QA, RA, Manufacturing, Research project leaders to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with the necessary features/functionality
Drive effective communication across businesses and functions through all phases of program life cycle. Clearly communicate project status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to Leadership
Drive Cross-functional project execution leadership including (but not limited to) concept discussion, program execution, clinical and pilot trials, and product field delivery
Lead the design team and design control process from system design and analysis, requirements development, design planning, risk analysis, integration and test, design transfer to manufacturing, field and customer support including corrective and preventative actions to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage all aspects of one or more medium to large and/or complex projects / milestones from initiation through closure, Develops, sells and implements comprehensive project plans, beginning with project team structure and resource assignment, and ending with a control plan identifying both business process metrics and IT platform quality requirements
Manage risk and dependencies between products, Site and organizations.
Work closely & as part of Install base support activities delivering Install Base (IB) solutions for Patient Monitoring Solution products.
Define and implement processes for coordination and communication between organizations and with GE stakeholders
Establish governance structure that identifies key performance indicators, sets milestones, and establishes a reporting cadence.
Track and monitor program status and metrics to ensure milestones are met, and internal and external delivery commitments are met.
Lead cross-discipline teams to establish an integrated plan to deliver team commitments
Involve and drive Scheduling, Planning, Co-ordinating, Interfacing, Integrating, check-points, Proactive Risk identification, Communicating and report out, Stakeholder management & Orchestrating
Ensure ongoing communication of progress against program objectives
Proactively identify and resolve issues and makes recommendations for improvements to existing processes
Drive product planning, multi-generational product/platform roadmap execution and product quality initiatives.
Groom and mentor lead program integrators and program managers within the organizations
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with minimum years of experience 20 years

Ability to plan and provide structure and organization in a fast paced, changing environment
Effectively manages risk and uncertainty for self and team.
Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to decompose problems and make decisions when problems or solutions are not 100% defined
Demonstrated experience driving variable cost productivity (VCP) and Inventory Carrying Value (ICV) reduction to enable optimized product margins
Demonstrated broad exposure to HW/SW/Systems design and technical depth in software design and implementation. Good hands-on experience on embedded SW development, communication protocols.
Proven mentoring and coaching abilities, motivate & inspire others, Ability to maintain high moral, employee involvement, safety and teamwork
