Roles and Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for:
The implementation of GE Healthcare products, ensuring that installations are completed in a timely and quality manner in accordance with defined goals and milestones.
Providing industry relevant examples with clients and other team members as well as understand and effectively communicate the clients’ needs.
Independent client presentations, training, testing and live date activities for one or more customer accounts, accomplishing these responsibilities with a high degree of independence.
Developing effective working relationship with the client and the installation team members, and must demonstrate a high level of composure, professionalism, and knowledge of healthcare business environments.
Quality Specific Goals:
Aware of and comply with the GE Healthcare Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
Identify and report any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization. Insure timely dispatch closure.
Insure completion of all field modifications instructions within prescribed timeframe.
Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible.
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of Workflow in a Physician Practice, Hospital or Clinic environment and/or experience installing patient financial or patient access software.
Must be able to travel 60-80%.
This role requires the ability to develop effective working relationship with the client and the installation team members, and must demonstrate a high level of composure, professionalism, and knowledge of healthcare business environments.
Must be able to work well within a team and effectively communicate with team members and with all levels within the client organization.
Skilled expertise with Microsoft Office Products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project.
Minimum 4 plus Years of relevant experience with Bachelors/Masters degree from an accredited university.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must be able to independently lead a customer through all aspects of Implementation Design.
A Physician Practice, Hospital or Clinic administration background or experience with GE Healthcare applications is preferred.
Previous MRI Servicing / Installation Experience.
