2-5 Years | Remote (WFH) / Indore (M.P) | Any Graduate/Post Graduate with relevant experience
Technical Skills:
2+ years of operations experience supporting sales or account management teams within an IT professional services organization.
Experience in up-selling and cross-selling.
Must have been responsible for handling mid to large size accounts.
Multitasking with perfection in each account that requires focus, prioritization, and excellent follow-through.
Strong interpersonal and computer competency in Outlook, Excel, PPT, Organizing meetings and stakeholders management.
High on Analytical, Networking and Technology application orientation.
Observe and find ways to increase business and meet clients happy.
Responsibilities:
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Enable customer success team productivity by supporting streamlining and continuous maintenance of customer success tools and assets like CRM, Jira, playbooks, dashboards, and other templates and support scaling by suggesting optimizations, automation, eliminating redundancies, etc.
The manager will also lead the efforts to build relationships of trust at multiple levels within an account and develop a clear understanding of their business needs.
Leverage account health metrics to provide insights that inform renewal conversations to AE and Renewals Specialist.
Run quarterly business reviews with existing clients.
Perform account mining to grow current revenue streams.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative and can proactively identify issues/ opportunities & provide recommend actions.
