HR Intern Responsibilities –
Organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures ,providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies.
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Participate in organizing company events and careers days.
Initiate and drive successful execution of various people engagement activities
Screen resumes and application forms.
An outstanding HR intern should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Coordinating new hire orientations.
HR Intern Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
Effective communication skills.
Strong People Skills
Proven experience working in an office environment.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office/Google Docs/Sheets applications.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented.
