The Role
Experience required at least 4 years of application support.
Support the release activities – CI/CD pipeline for promoting software using Jenkins.
Working knowledge on Release deployments for mobile apps (android and iOS)
Experience with Tivoli jobs to support batch operations
First level support/troubleshooting for Java application, service, and infrastructure issues
Experience on ITSM management – Work orders, Problems, Changes, and Incidents
Provide on Call support for the clients with work order requests such as pending transactions, transaction history, password resets etc
Ad-hoc and automated report generation based on the request from various stakeholders
Extraction and do basic analysis of transaction logs and share it to the upstream teams like development team for troubleshooting
Requirements
Understanding of monitoring tools and able to leverage it for monitoring the application health
Support and provide the feedback loop on process optimization and analytics
Work with various stakeholders like network team, DBAs, and middleware teams in managing the infra housekeeping activities
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills and being accountable for the work that is being performed.
