Full Job Description
Main Responsibilities of Payroll Executive: · Collecting timesheet data and payroll information.· Maintaining database, including all additions, terminations, exits and any other changes of employees with HR team support.· Entering data into payroll databases and software programs.· Calculating /Ensure the calculation of wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.· Ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures· Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.· Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.· Performing account balance and payroll reconciliations.· Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes (Eg: PF, ESI)· Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management if required.
