Job Description

1. Design the warehouse processes
2. Develop and implement inventory management processes
3. Define, track and improve on key metrics, like breach, MIS shipments etc. for given region.
4. Manage large big box technologically enhanced high end warehouse operations.
5. Driving SOP and KPI for warehousing operations and benchmark them.
6. Active warehouse Budget and P/L management
7. Work closely with all the functions to achieve overall business goals
8. Warehouse efficiencies and SLA management.
9. Distribution (Mid-mile Logistics)
10. Planning & Managing reverse logistics
11. Plan and identify root causes of inventory deviation through cause and effect analysis.
12. Drive productivity and improve cost efficiency
13. FEFO & FIFO Management
14. Reduce shrink
15. RTV
16. Coordination with POD / Store operations team for smooth material movement.
17. Warehouse Stock audit
18. Engaging with various teams to streamline the processes and operations.
19. Creating annual calendar for peak seasons and planning operations accordingly to requirement
20. Drive on-the-ground implementation of any new technology/System/Processes for the sites in his region.
21. Develop, mentor and motivate the team in the region to achieve higher goals.

Desired Skills

1. 4 to 8 years of experience in establishing and managing multiple and large big box technologically enhanced high end warehouse & logistic operations.
2. Experience in managing Fruits and Vegetable warehouse and packaging center
3. Effective Analytical, Communications & Excel skills are a must.
4. Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment
5. Should have experience towards managing a large team.
6. Ability to interact, communicate & present ideas
7. Ability think Consumer first and go deep into consumer needs and create innovative solutions for their needs
8. Overall should have managed warehousing planning, Distribution & logistic operations of leading organizations
9. Ability to forecasts and determine productivity requirements to produce during the day to meet the overall building objectives.
10. Drive process improvements and the ability to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others in an effort to reduce shrink.
11. Ability to develop systems, processes, and infrastructure related to warehouse & logistic.
12. Implemented lean process and innovative technology solutions to improve automation and productivity.
13. Ability to analyzing various business scenarios and recommending prompt actions for exponentially expanding business

Must Have

1. Experience in warehouse management
2. knowledge of warehousing of grocery/perishables or person should be great learner with strong competence that can learn perishable but ops experience is must
3. Knowldege of sheets and forms should be of high level with high comfort
4. Get it done approach with required maturity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
