We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team, helping us identify and place skilled candidates, with a focus on both tech and non-tech roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for various roles (Tech & Non-Tech) using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to scheduling interviews and facilitating the offer process.
Leverage Naukri’s database and tools to identify the best candidates for open positions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver quality talent in a timely manner.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
Maintain a database of candidates and engage in proactive talent pipelining for future roles.
Handle both individual and bulk hiring needs as required.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, with exposure to tech and non-tech hiring.
Naukri Portal Expertise: Proven experience in using Naukri for candidate sourcing and database management.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client accounts.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with clients and candidates.
A strong understanding of various job roles and skill sets, particularly in the IT and tech sectors.
Must be familiar with using ATS and recruitment tools for managing candidate pipelines.
