Flipkart’s Private Brand business is amongst the fastest growing Business Units across Flipkart with a portfolio of 10+ private label and Licensed brands. The Flipkart Private Brands philosophy is to launch high quality products that meet customer needs at very affordable prices. With this philosophy in mind, the Private Brands team has launched 1000+ SKUs across consumer electronics categories with high product ratings and superior customer experiences. The team’s endeavour to is continuously launch high quality and innovative products across consumer electronics categories at affordable prices.
About the Role
What you’ll do:
1. New Product Launches: Product Development & Launch
2. Product Portfolio Management: Sales, P&L, Marketing and Inventory Replenishment
3. Team Management
What you’ll need:
Prior experience in Brand Management would be an added advantage
Strong project management/organisational skills
Strong analytical orientation / bent of mind and customer understanding
Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion
Must be willing to learn & develop ecommerce way of thinking
Strong program management skills, multi-tasking ability & interpersonal communication – ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams on fragmented workstreams
Strong bias for Action – Flipkart works at a very rapid pace
Product Portfolio Management experience on Sales, P&L and Inventory Availability
Project Management experience
Understanding of customer segmentation and customer needs
Marketing Experience would be required
