Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Monitor and manage campaign performance in real-time to ensure objectives are met.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for better performance and ROI.
Adjust campaign strategies, targeting, and budgets based on performance metrics.
Regularly on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
Collaborate with design and user experience teams to optimize landing pages and user journeys.
Implement CRO techniques to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
Allocate and manage budget across different marketing channels based on performance and business goals.
Monitor spend to ensure campaigns stay within budget and achieve desired ROI.
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
Continuously explore and experiment with new platforms, tools, and techniques to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
At least Four years’ experience as a marketing manager.
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Monthly CTC: 30k to 50k

Office Timing: 10.15 to 7.30
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
