Job Summary
HR Advisor position is based out in Chennai Location.

Here is a glimpse of what you will do :
Making sure the set KPIs and SLAs are adhered daily for all the Online hires and HRIS Mass Transactions related processes.
Making sure all the Hires and Mass Transactions related SNC (Got-it) cases are addressed with utmost care and responsibility and ensure to deliver resolution on a timely manner as per the set SLAs.
Making sure SOPs and SLAs maintained are compliant as per QMS standards.
Should be open for any shifts, preferably night shift as this role requires Night Shift.
Here is some of what you will need (required):
Excellent Communication Skills – Read, Write & Speak
Should be an expert in MS Office – especially MS Excel with good Knowledge in Macros
Should be a Team Player
Empathy
Ability to understand the importance of Data Privacy and Confidentiality and apply it at work.
Demonstrates a general knowledge of functional concepts and a rudimentary understanding of Flex policies and procedures.
Quick Learner, General HR knowledge
Customer-centric service attitude
Should have Worked on HRMS – Data Management in any ERP (SAP, Workday, People Soft, Success Factor, etc.,)
Making sure the set KPIs and SLAs are met.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Focus should be towards customer centricity, empathy towards customers.
Timeliness and Proactive Acknowledgment to the requestor.
Ensures to have thorough knowledge upon the appropriate Tools in order to handle the process in more effective and efficient manner
Should have excellent Workday knowledge .
Having analytical knowledge would be an added advantage.
Here are a few of our preferred experiences:
3+ years of experience in Workday and Data Analytics
Open to work in Shifts.
Candidate should have excellent knowledge in Excel .
