To provide a seamless experience addressing customers’ questions or issues over the E-mails to UK Customers and to efficiently fulfill all the assigned job responsibilities as per the prerequisites.
Job Responsibilities: –
1. Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests.
2. Have sufficient knowledge about the products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly.
3. Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
4. Ensure that all the Company Policies and procedures, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied with while servicing the customers.
5. Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns
6. Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
Must-Have – Professional Written skills in English and Able to speak Good English as well
