Roles and Responsibilities
- Responding to support requests for desktop, data, NAS and server management
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in PC’s, Laptops across locations remotely.
- Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
- Support for standard software issues (Isolate system issues) diagnose standard software
- Installation / configuration / Troubleshooting of e-mail clients
Desired Candidate Profile
BCA or B.Tech, B.E with a strong knowledge of PC Hardware, Software, Windows Installation, OS for server installation and Data recovery.
