1.Reference Check of employees
2.Maintain records of employee reference requests sent, received.
3.Supporting the HR Department based in UK with sending, receiving and chasing employee reference requests.
4.Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
5.Maintain & Updating the Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS report.
6.Assist in the file work for employees and related documentation.
7. 15% Recruitment/85% Reference Check/Job postings/Admin/reference check/Documentation/ Coordination with UK Team
Candidate Profile:
1.Candidate with exposure to MNC HR Operations will be preferred
2.Excellent command of the English Language, both spoken and written.
3.PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications.
4.Excellent time-management skills.
5.Team working skills
Local Candidates are preferable either from Chandiharh, Zirakpur, Panchkula, Mohali or Kharar.
