We have a new position for a Senior Finance Analyst, to join our India Operations. Position will report to Financial Controller – India Ops, and job location will be Yelahanka, Bangalore.
About the Role
This is a key position in the finance team and is critical to the Company operations, Statutory compliance and successfully setting up global offices. The primary responsibilities would include:
Assist in setting up overseas offices in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, which will cover operations, compliance, and regular monitoring of these entities.
Responsible for preparing MIS for Bangladesh & Sri Lanka
Ensuring we meet our Statutory compliance, Taxes, GST across all entities (including India) and regular interactions with external consultants
Assist in establishing adequate inventory processes & controls, monitoring location wise book balances and physical inventory and reduce gaps in supply chain, customer orders, warranty, and credit claims.
Key point of contact and providing primary support for day to day operational needs of the Sales team
Build analytics, appropriate data repository assisting in decision making towards the growing business of the region
Coordinate and engage with key stakeholders for the Annual Audit
Actively work with NZ and Australia teams for various assignments and develop global relationships
Education and work experience requirements:
B.Com + CA Inter / MBA finance with 8-10 years of finance / accounting / operations and commercial experience
Alternatively, a qualified CA with 4-6 years of experience
Must be well conversant with statutory & tax regulations like PF, ESI, TDS etc.
Will have handled business operations and have a hands-on FP&A / data analytics experience
Will possess sharp business acumen, proven advanced Excel skills & tech savvy.
Ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency
Should have handled big4 audit independently, capability of managing multiple stake holders
