About the team
Talent & Career Enablement Team supports deliveries across Global Talent & Career COE function and has a dotted line to Executive Services function (Executive Leadership Development). In addition, this team would also be providing support to various programs and initiatives as part of broader Inclusion and Talent COE partnering on OD initiatives
What you will be doing
The role is responsible for leading team of Talent specialist who in turn provide support to the global leads in developing and delivering objectives for whole of FIS as part of Talent and Career COE Function and beyond as mentioned above. Key focus areas for this role includes:
Lead a team of Talent Specialist to drive strategy with action supporting global leads that includes (and not just limited to) Global Talent and Succession Planning for the leadership teams, Performance Management, Career Development, and other projects related to OD/Inclusion and Talent initiatives
Drive and engage a high performing team. Promoting FIS Values and shaping a vital culture.
Make continuous effort to bring in Innovation and Process Excellence in our delivery and engagement model. This would be key as we continue to work and prepare ourselves to be future ready.
Global Stakeholder Management that includes matrix ways of working.
Managing Agile ways of working in a global environment across multiple programmes.
Participate in regional/global Talent projects in relation to Talent & Career and/or Organizational Design and Change.
Manages change in the VUCA environment and continuously engages with the team.
Provides support to Lead – T&C E for overall Enablement pillar support.
Portfolio Management with the team using modern digital tools and project management approach. Drive Agile ways of working thus promoting high standards and excelling as a team. This includes adhere and revamping our Service Excellence Model.
Ensure maintaining highest global standard across data and processes.
Ability to handle and work on sensitive data and information that involves highest level of confidentiality and security.
What you bring:
9-13 years in a human resource with background in COE (Talent Management/OD) or lead role in a Shared services team.
MBA in HR
People oriented and results driven
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationship at all levels.
Excellent active listening and ability to lead in a VUCA environment.
Managed multiple programs collaborating with people across teams.
Ability to work in a Global Matrix Environment and is Flexible working in different time zones as and when needed.
Has Agile Mindset and can lead as Project Manager for Talent & Career Enablement Team.
Proactive, collaborates with the team and effectively delivers projects or tasks with minimum supervision.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to effectively communicate across multiple job levels both in and outside of the People Office function.
Experience creating support materials and benchmarking.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Bring your OD and HR exposure contributing as part of this niche team as a people manager.
Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously and Independently with minimum supervision.
Strong ability to support the design and development of power point presentations and storylines.
Demonstrates Team Player attitude and can effectively mentor junior members in the team thus supporting overall delivery and goals of the team and COE.
Manages Conflicts within the team and can work under pressure.
Demonstrated ability merge multiple sources of data and conduct analysis to identify trends and uncover insights.
Enjoys taking initiative and has a proactive working style (mandatory)
Excellent customer service, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
Tolerance for change in transforming organization and growing and evolving team
