Technical Support Representative

Required Experience Level – 1 – 2 Years

Work Location – Bangalore/Chennai/Pune

Educational Qualification – Bachelor’s/Master’s degree

Work Shift – Night Shift

Primary Skills

• Basic knowledge of SQL (No Dev Role)
• SQL Database
• Should be able to identify SQL errors, compose basic queries and execute them
• Report creation for ETL activities
• ETL monitoring

About Team & Product/Project Details:

• The MIS team analyzes operations and makes suggestions for improvement.
• Effectively manages risks and also protects data as per organization policy.

What you will be doing:

1) Monitoring, Analyzing, and Troubleshooting ATM ETL process

2) Timely delivering the MIS reports to the clients.

3) Following the escalations within the internal organization processes.

4) Ensuring staff comply with company, as well as health and safety regulations at all times.

5) Work with MIS team to deliver requirements without any delay

What You Bring:

• 1 to 2 years of experience where SQL is part of the main scope of work or an additional part
• Good in analyzing data, creating reports
• Good communication skill.

• Banking domain knowledge
• Experience in IT field
