Campaign Operations is part of the Center of Excellence function and deals with Marketing activities on the global level. The team specializes in , delivering planning, governance and support functions to allow core marketing functions to focus on delivering value.The team is involved in building a foundation for excellence by reinforcing marketing strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices and reporting.
What you will be doing
The Campaign Operations Specialist, Campaign Operations, is ultimately responsible for the design, development, execution and follow-up of FIS’ marketing campaigns. Working with Product Marketing teams this role will ensure best practices are established and followed for campaign creation, delivery and follow-up. This role owns the day-to-day management of all outbound and inbound marketing campaigns and their follow-up reporting. Success in this role depends on the ability to develop a common set of campaign standards and best practices that support FIS’ financial and business objectives

Essential Responsibilities
Standardize approach to campaign management, working in partnership with sales and product marketing to deliver effective marketing campaigns that support and grow the sales pipeline through; database building, segmentation, lead assignment, campaign follow-up and reporting. Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards Review and recommend tech stack as per changing business requirement Actively monitor and engage in the discovery of new and updated marketing technology, maintaining relevant best practice knowledge and expertise in the field. Proactively identify areas for account growth, presenting technology and solutions which drive revenue through new and existing relationships. Provide marketing automation consultancy, guiding stakeholders with best practice implementation and execution of multi-channel digital marketing strategies within a variety of marketing automation platforms.
Work with the Product Marketing and other marketing teams to determine the campaign budget and manage expenses to that budget and ensure this is reflected in Microsoft Dynamics and Marketo for effective ROI reporting. Maintain campaign calendar to provide full transparency of marketing activity and ensure all deadlines and SLAs are met. Prior to any campaign roll out, manage, pilot and test all elements of the program /campaign to understand the best campaign strategy. Setting and defining campaign targets and measurements for success. Continuously reviewing these measures and monitoring campaign costs. Briefing BDM team with pre and post campaign calling projects to ensure they have the resources scheduled and campaign content reviewed prior to execution and in preparation for opportunity assignments by the Data Stewards. Build a rules based approach for opportunity follow-up / hand-off to BDM / Sales and on a monthly basis track the success of marketing operations impact on the sales pipeline. Maintain active statuses on campaigns and ensure Data Stewards are aware for task and opportunity lead assignments. Resending of outbound content campaign EDMs to unengaged subscribers as requested by the Product Marketing teams. Report on campaign performance and monitor against past performance and planned expectations. Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s degree/MBA preferred but not required

Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality documentation
