Job description
1. Hiring process by posting ads online, taking interviews, etc.
2. Create & implement onboarding procedure & exit formalities.
3. Maintain employee records (attendance, EPF data etc.)
4. Assist in the calculation of salary & disbursal on time.
5. Assist in performance reviews/appraisals.
6. Training & development of employees.
7. Manage TA/DA/Traveling, booking tickets/Hotels, and sales incentives of the sales force.
8. Supporting the development & implementation of HR policies & initiatives.
9. Organising dealer meet, Sample displays, tours, day picnics etc
MBA NEEDED
