Job Description

As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of our organization’s facilities. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our facilities meet the needs of employees, clients, and visitors while adhering to safety, regulatory, and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance: Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance and repair activities for all facilities, including mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and building codes. Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans and procedures.
• Vendor Management: Select, negotiate contracts with, and oversee vendors and contractors for facility maintenance, janitorial services, security, landscaping, and other related services.
• Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures to protect facilities, assets, and personnel. This includes access control, surveillance systems, and security personnel management.
