Roles & Responsibilities:
Close operation with the Payroll Operate Germany & deliver payroll processing service including ensuring the operational aspects of payroll processing, associated activities
Establish, maintain and develop strong and trusted client relationships that result in high client satisfaction and act as a primary day to day contact for assigned clients
Managing enquiries from clients, internal regional service centres, and local offices via our case management tool, ensuring full resolution in line with company SLAs.
Detailed focus on review of all payroll activities performed, quality, accuracy, and timeliness of payroll related activities as assigned and serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Schedule year-end process with clients if not already set in the payroll calendar (prefer run, set time of input/output data as well as transfer, communication to customers)
Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentor ship and cross – training to other peers and team members.
Assist/support for Special requests and point of contact for ongoing & special Projects in coordination with the Senior or Manager
Processing ISAE audit requests & SV/LST audits in coordination with Senior or Manager
Preparation of billings in consultation with the Senior or Manager
Adhoc reporting and other duties as required
Technical Skills and Qualification:
2-5 years of experience administering German payroll along EU Payroll experience
Bachelor / Post Graduate degree in Commerce/Science
Successfully completed tax-related or commercial qualification with further training as a payroll accountant, as well as initial work experience in tax advisory and knowledge of income tax and social security law
Experience in Microsoft Office suite products & DATEV (desirable)
Excellent language knowledge of English and basic knowledge of German or/and the willingness to learn. Willingness to travel, especially Germany
Effective Team player, proven ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels
Open to work in different shift timings
