The Talent Executive is looking for a Global Talent Content & Communications Specialist to join the Talent Enablement team. You’ll be part of a small team of dedicated professionals responsible for executing strategic operations for the Talent function globally, including strategic planning and demand management, budgeting and financial management, Talent performance management, knowledge and content management, and communications & engagement.
It is an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to work in a global capacity, working with clients and Talent colleagues from across all Areas and Regions.
Your key responsibilities
The Global Talent Content & Communications Specialist will play an integral role in the structure, management, and content optimization of our internal websites. You’ll edit and manage content based on business priorities and work closely with the Global Talent team to create a high-quality user experience through up to date, on-brand content. Working with our Global Talent functions, you will be responsible for the enablement of content accessed by over 300,000 users at EY. You’ll also help support the engagement of our Talent team globally through the creation and maintenance of various communications channels.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Perform site builds and content management within several our internal systems such as: SharePoint, SuccessFactors and Unily
Assist in the data migration of content from current ‘classic’ SharePoint platform to ‘modern’ SharePoint platform, including design, development, testing and deployment of new ‘modern’ SharePoint site for various Global Talent sites
Monitor site utilization and adoption through metrics analysis and make recommendations for improvement based on those findings
Support content governance structure ensuring ease of navigation and up to date linkage of pages within our systems
Identify relevant content for the internal SharePoint sites and communications
Maintain access to various channels including SharePoint access control lists, global team organization charts, GLMS lists, Yammer, Shared mailboxes, etc.

To qualify for the role you must have
Strong proficiency in SharePoint, ability to create sites, basic pages and manage content
Strong design, layout, conceptual thinking and topography skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines, deliver quality work under pressure and juggle competing priorities
Accurate with excellent attention to detail, exhibiting high quality, innovation and continuous improvement
Proficient English at native level
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience managing websites in a global setting
Knowledge and understanding of EY firm communications channels
Higher professional or master’s qualification in a related discipline are preferred, not required
Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking in finding new ways of doing things
