GDS & Market Ops summary:
Global Delivery Services (GDS) Markets Operations team provides analytical, operational and decision-making and PMO support to the Commercial Excellence Leader and to various Markets functions.
Commercial Excellence specializes in analytics, pricing, forecasting developing and maintaining dashboards within any Business Development (BD) activities, as well as across our Markets functions and Service Line – supporting strategic decisions, Go-to-Market projects and providing operational support to the Markets organization. The extended team is spread across multiple locations within EW.
Job Specification
As part of the team, the Supervisory Associate should be highly motivated, client focussed and able to handle multiple responsibilities including Project Management, Reporting & Analysis, Delivery management, Client relationship management, Support building leadership presentation creation and Support workshop preparation all with immense attention to detail. The role requires a comparable work experience, strong excel and visualisation skills, Power BI experience, work ethic and attention to detail as the team has a high focus on accuracy and timeliness.
The role also requires good written and spoken English communication skills including communication over emails and MS Teams, aiming to support the business and Senior Management, through reporting, data analysis and providing insights.
The Associate will work with a wide variety of internal clients to deliver change and improve automation & processes to strengthen the simplification, decision making and acceleration of our Regional Leadership team and related functions.
Essential deliverables and processes include
Leveraging the Global MS Dashboard to provide support and intelligence (data analysis and insights collection)
Identifying and analyzing business challenges, evaluating options, presenting solutions, and implementing standard governance structures for complex programs.
Organize pipeline calls with countries a/o solution teams to follow up for the prioritized Managed Services opportunities, find key wins and key credentials, and identify the status of engagements already in the delivery with HQ in country
Conducting accurate and effective measurement, reporting and analysis provided to business leaders.
Analyzing global engagement revenues, operating margins, wins / sales, and opportunities / pipeline performance dashboards, and pointing the leadership to elements for focus and action.
Manage regular meetings, e.g. EW Managed Services Board, Update calls with Solution Owners etc
Project manage Account activation and manage targets account lists by solution
Support proposals, especially for the TFO proposition (Managed Services have a long sales cycle which requires strong PMO)
Connect with Field of Play Activation Managers from Tax, Risk, Cyber, Finance and People to
Collect account/deal insights
Build sales and marketing collateral
Support workshop preparation
Support building leadership presentation creation (content work, turning bulleted lists into graphical charts to get the message across better, PPT work)

Requirements (including experience, skills and additional qualifications)
Experience and qualifications:
University Degree – (Business Administration, Finance, Information or Data Science)with some work experience in IT enablement & financial services industry having exposure to business process management (BPM), consulting, research and/or some corporate strategy.
Mandatory skills & attributes:
Project coordination – Capable of engaging in effectively multiple stakeholders, understanding the objectives of their programs/initiatives
Project Management – Basic/ Intermediate knowledge of Project Management concepts and tools
Excellent Reporting and Analytical skills – Previous experience and proven ability to read, understand and sanitize the data, build reports/dashboards and provide insights from the data, capable of identifying probable areas of automation and implementing them
Process improvement – Identify opportunities to optimise the process for quicker, better quality, more insights etc.
Experience running global scale projects related to marketing and/or sales organizations is highly preferred.
MS Office skills: Advanced level experience in Excel reporting & PowerPoint.
Minimum Expectation:
Excel – Pivot tables, look ups, filtering, conditional formatting, validation etc.
PPT – Insert graphs/shapes, alignment, text justification, text margins etc.
Advanced knowledge and hands on experience on Data Visualisation tools like Power BI and similar technologies
Work under minimal direction/supervision – Be accountable for projects assigned, take complete ownership and drive projects end to end
Be responsible for review of deliverables produced by team members as part of Quality Assurance
Quick learner – Ability to grasp or quickly understand the process, objectives / intricacies of projects and move to delivery mode in a short span
