Job Summary:
Talent Services (TS) is a core service function within Global Delivery Services (GDS) – Enablement Services, providing multiple HR support services including recruitment support, on boarding support, core HR support, learning administration support, performance management support, CBTS, Mobility admin, HR Systems support etc to EY member firms. Talent Services provides services to countries, sub-areas, areas and global people teams and other EY stakeholders. These services are delivered from our centers in Dalian, China; Bangalore, Trivandrum & Cochin, India, Wroclaw, Poland and Manila, Philippines.
A Virtual Talent Hub (VTH) is EY’s extended delivery model for high quality skills and competencies delivered virtually. A hub can cut across service line and regions, delivering non repetitive project-based work through skilled agile teams. VTH personnel are employed by Global Delivery Services (GDS) and funded by regions based on usage. Learning VTH supports a specific Region and acts as part of the extended Region Learning team. VTH works in a fully-integrated way with onshore colleagues, participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team.
The Employee Listening Operations Senior Associate under the Employee Listening VTH will support the planning, deployment and continuous management of the Mood Meter listening project for GDS in the initial project phase. Mood meter is an on-demand employee listening tool that runs on MS Powerapps. The Senior Associate will work on both planned and on-request operations and transactional activities as they arise. The Senior Associate is over-all responsible for the administration and maintenance of the Mood Meter tool and supports GDS in tracking and reporting survey results to GDS leadership and other stakeholders that will help enable critical organizational insights through data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
The role will include activities such as:
Administration and maintenance of the Mood Meter Tool including access management process, overall governance of the tool, management of the participants data, tool usage dashboard and end-user dashboard data management. This may also include working closely with the IT team for upkeep of the tool.
Planning, scheduling and deployment of Mood Meter survey to intended audience
Planning, deployment and management of communication strategies through various media and channels
Building surveys/reports, analysing data and enabling related processes through efficient and effective processes for enablement and working closely with the analytics team on the results
Stakeholder management – managing expectations of Global, Area, Region and Service line Talent teams
Project management – monitoring the deliverables and executing required tasks
General day to day operations across the projects but not limited to responding to queries, preparing emails, documents, presentations and trouble shoot issues faced by users

Experienced in MS Power Apps, Excel, Access (ability to create forms, databases, macros, templates, etc.)
Working knowledge of MS SharePoint vNext

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
Minimum three years of post-graduate experience in a professional environment
Prior project management experience will be an added advantage
Experience of working in fast-paced, ambiguous, stressful environments to deliver required results
Experience in rolling out & managing global or large initiatives will be preferred
Experience and/ or a keen interest in HR/ Talent
