Position Summary
The position is for the team within the Digital Marketing COE in GDS will expected to work closely with the service line teams to enable internal and external activation of their key solutions . The candidate will be responsible for working closely with onsite business and marketing teams. The candidate will be involved in key projects, campaign plans, go2market activities and collateral development activities for the onsite marketing teams
Technical Skills/Tools Requirement
Essential MS Office – Word, Power Point, Basic excel , digital marketing tools
Desirable Adobe Experience manager, Google AdWords, SharePoint, Marketing and email automation tools like BrightCove ,Sysomos
Roles and Responsibilities
Essential
Work as a consultant for stakeholders to plan content requirements for various marketing activities by engaging with them to identify their objectives, strategies, go-to-market priorities, target audiences, differentiators and other aspects
Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand key solutions and develop go-to-market campaigns
Create and manage sales collaterals and toolkit development from scratch including conducting kick off call with the solution leader and other stakeholders to discuss agenda, sales toolkit – development lifecycle and timelines etc.
Develop robust project plans around go-to-market initiatives for solutions and works with stake holders to obtain buy-in and maintain project plan with defined timelines and next steps
Enable internal activation of solutions across the identified team in Markets, BD and account management functions
Drive external activation via leverage of EY prescribed marketing channels
Plan and drive impact/ ROI driven external marketing initiatives
Analyse the impact of the go-to-market initiatives on the pipeline
Work with BD teams to position the solutions across G360 accounts
Work with internal teams to leverage across design, technology among others
Work with onsite client servicing and marketing teams to help manage external communication programs
Knowledge and skills
Good understanding of B2b go-to-market and sales practices
Writing and editing, creating content for marketing collaterals in concentric and business centric manner
Essential
Storytelling and developing compelling value propositions
Proven experience of customization of content to meet the needs of the relevant channel, market and audience.
Experience of account marketing and project management skills will be an added advantage
Master in Marketing or equivalent certification , PMP certification or Google Certification will be an added advantage
Experience in managing the execution of go2market programs by coordinating the work with different teams across multiple geographies
