Expedia Group’s Talent Attraction team within the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) organization has an opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to join their team. You will be part of a team redefining talent attraction by implementing marketing strategies to support our recruiting efforts.

What you’ll do:
Design and implement global recruitment marketing campaigns including social media planning, content creation such as video, images, and blog writing and understand metrics tracking and reporting to show findings, success and return on investment.
Optimize performance of recruitment marketing channels including emails, media and the careers site blog to improve candidate quality.
Develop social media, email, and nurturing programs to support the business and enable our GTA team to attract diverse talent globally.
Support recruiting events strategy, both virtual and in-person and develop compelling content that builds continuity of our talent brand across campaigns, emails, blogs, videos, and other assets in partnership with global partners.
Project lead and promote recruiting events (hiring events, recruiting webinars) to candidates, through event marketing activities including creating event invites, speaker bios, and relevant messaging.
Partner with our Recruiting team to develop, test, and scale creative marketing campaigns to grow the top of our candidate funnel. Use your creativity to craft end-to-end programs that can attract top talent.
Develop and lead the Inclusion and Diversity external conference recruitment job fair strategy, and event calendar. This includes handling event budgets, resources, and attendance.
Work in an intersectional manner to foster collaboration across multiple identity communities
Who you are:
Have a passion for Marketing and/or Communications with ideally, 5+ years’ experience in a Talent Attraction, Employer Brand or a Marketing role
Experience leading content creation and campaigns; you’re a creative thinker and proactive problem solver
Consistent record of finding innovative and groundbreaking solutions to challenges
A global collaborator and skilled at working with a wide range of internal partners to establish cohesive strategies, establish clear accountability for outcomes, and drive efficient.
Expertise in integrated marketing programs across digital channels, email, events, and multimedia. You have hands-on experience creating, implementing, analyzing, and evolving talent marketing and employee communication programs.
Ability to interact with a diverse set of technical and non-technical recruiters as well as internal clients/partners, globally.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Have some familiarity with CRM systems or are willing to learn how to send marketing campaigns via Talent CRM (Beamery).
A love for data, are curious, analytical and have excellent reporting skills
Effective communication skills, with an ability to produce clear, simple and engaging communications
