Ensure that the listing at website runs seamlessly from the shopper’s perspective.
Responsibilities include inserting and monitoring SKU’s and ensuring that all product listing are displayed accurately including product attributes, accurate colors, fabric details, size, classification of products, pricing calculation.
Monitors the customer journey throughout the digital shopping experience and performs other duties related to user experience and customer experience.
Work closely with the inventory team to ensure that front end sales numbers match the inventory accounting.
Continually check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of websites in terms of product listing and visibility and make recommendations for improvement.
Responsible for accurate feeding of products with continuous approach of checking of inventory.
Coordinate with Vendor for al procurement purposes- follow up for timely receiving of products without any sale loss, negotiation of price etc.
Raising of PO and following guidelines of accounts for further procurement.
Responsible for maintaining good repute/visibility of products by continuous monitoring various sites for further correcting surplus/deactivated images.
Maintain advertisement campaigns on Amazon & other marketplaces.
Any other duties as and when directed by seniors/reporting managers.
