To maintain Harmonious relationship between Management & employees, employees & employees and also ensure smooth production and legal compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Statutory Compliances under Labour Laws
Monthly Review as per Check List
Maintain good relationship/ good Industrial relation between Mgt. & Employees, Employees & Employees
Monthly meeting of WC and fast remedy of their problems, if any
Reduce Unresolved issues escalated to statutory authorities to Zero
Monthly Review as per Check List
Implement CSR activities and maintain good public relation in and around factory
Follow PR calendar
Medical Examination under Factories Act
As per schedule
Ensure smooth function of welfare resources i.e. canteen, transportation , uniforms etc.
Monthly meeting of welfare committee
To ensure and follow proper Disciplinary Proceedings
Preliminary investigations, issue of Charge sheet/Show cause notice and other steps of Disciplinary Proceedings
Reduce overall absenteeism
Counseling, Disciplinary Action etc.
