2. Search the candidates as per the skills required by the client.
3. To search the matching profiles from job-portals, in-house database, referrals, etc.
4. To be active to ensure the closure of the position.
5. Arrange interviews with candidates and do send reminders to candidates to about their interviews by sending interview call letter.
6. Regular follow up with candidates and give regular feedback to them.
7. Negotiation with candidates.
8. Help candidates to submit all required documents and complete all formalities before joining
