As a part of Maintenance- MMC Team, Responsible & Accountable of Receipt of all Incoming materials, unloading, unpacking and Physical verification of consignment, controlling inward / outward logistic of vehicles

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Material Receipt & Unloading

• Responsible for carrying out inward entry of all incoming vehicles against Valid PO in coordination with Security
• Valid DMR generation in VTS system
• Resolve all issue related to Material inward in concurrence with Respective buyer and security. Verify all documents related to Material receipt
• Mobilize Resources for unloading of materials
• Carrying of Weighment and provide acknowledge to transporter with proper endorsement as applicable in case of physical damage
• Maintain Vehicle TOT as minimum as possible
• Maintaining all Dock levellers and other material handling equipment for material unloading
• Carrying of site unloading of materials in case of heavy equipment, Bulk volume items like catalyst, steel structures, piping materials etc.

Material Unpacking & Physical Verification

• Preparation Physical Verification sheet from VTS system
• Unpacking of consignments for Physical verification
• Carrying out Physical Verification as per Invoice / packing slip / delivery challan i n case of shortage or excess in quantity mention the same on the PV sheet
• Preparation of measurement sheet in case of pipe, Heat number verification in case of pipe fittings valves, batch verification in cases of shelf life materials

HSEF & Housekeeping

• Maintain all HSEF compliances in all activities and carry out in completely safe manner.
• Control the HSEF deviation to zero level during the complete process
• Maintain good housekeeping in all storage sheds and open yards as per 5S
• Providing Regular d safety instruction to all field supervisor and workmen

Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders. Co-ordination with various internal departments, external vendors, service providers.

Audit and compliances

• Follow full compliances for IMS system
• Implementing full legal compliances like stamping of lifting / handling tools and tackles/weigh bridge
• Implement all compliances of Financial , IFSC and all external audit recommendations

Team work and Management To work with Team of contractual workmen & supervisors

Review of Safety Audit observations and firm up the course of actions for rectification

• SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
• Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
• B.E / B. Tech ( Mechanical / Electrical ) with min 6-8 years of Experience

OR

• Diploma (Mech. / Elect). with 7-9 year of Experience
• Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience:

Minimum 6-9 years of experience in the field of Material receipt, Mateirals handling. Material handling equipmets, vehicle Trackign system , O & M of Dock levellers, Phsycial verificaiton of incoming goods, knowledge of SAP – MM & WMS Transcations

• Functional Skills:
• Woking knowledge of all warehouse transaction related to Material handling, Material Receipt , Physical verification , insurance claim coordination
• Hand on experience for carrying our all SAP – MM & WMS Transactions.
• Sufficient exposure of Manpower handling and Equipment handling
• Woking knowledge of Vehicle tracking system
• Sufficient knowledge of inventory management and monitoring
• Behavioural Skills:
• Good verbal, written & Analytical skills communication
• Good inter & intra personal skills
• Good coordination skills with all related stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS
