Core Processing Technology is part Wealth Management
Technology division. The department is responsible for the design, development,
delivery and support of the technical solutions for critical back – office horizontal functions that include Credit Risk, Regulatory reporting, Basel,
CCAR and Security Journalling for the
Morgan Stanley Wealth Management (MSWM) business.
Position
Description:
We are seeking an
experienced senior technology professional, Executive Director level, to head
our Core Processing technology team in MSAS India.
Job Functions/Duties and Responsibilities:
Skills Required:
12+ Years of strong leadership, team management and development/architecture experience.
Experience in building scalable, high-performance, reliable, highly available and large distributed systems with a high degree of autonomy.
Expert knowledge of computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
Ideal candidate would have had very hands on experience building and architecting Java or .Net C# or data warehouse applications.
Strong interpersonal, people and influencing skills, particularly in senior stakeholder management, team management and virtual team environment.
Skills Desired:
• Prior Experience in Wealth Management and/or Financial industry
