Position summary
Evolent Health is seeking a security-focused IT Asset Management Admin to be a member of Evolent Health’s IT Infrastructure team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the IT needs of our staff on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively, work efficiently, and adapt quickly to the ever-changing priorities that come with supporting a large organization.
Essential functions
Manage tasks relating to employees and contractors joining and exiting the organization
Coordinate with Talent team to gather new hires details and dispatch IT Equipment’s to remote location’s and follow up with Admin Team for delivery status.
Manage the inventory to ensure assets are available to deploy for end users
Work to ensure that supplies are available in all regions for computer and telephony teams
Maintain documentation of procurement processes
Work with vendors to ensure that computer supplies are quoted competitively
Order IT supplies and ensure they are received
Process invoices with AP / AR departments
Clear communication.
A good familiarity with Window 10 UI
Must be well organized
Must Have good Knowledge of System management tool
Must have deep Knowledge in Hardware.
Self-starter and Team player.
Must be able to provide L1 technical support Remotely.
Manage system replacement tasks, coordinate with End user and Vendor to fulfil those requests.
Responsibilities: –
IT Hardware /Software Asset Life Cycle Management.
IT Asset Reconciliation.
IT Asset Procurement.
Budgeting and Negotiation.
Vendor Management.
Optimize usage and cost of IT Hardware deployment.
Inventory/Stock Management.
Timely updates to the Management.
IT Asset Dashboard Creation.
Logistics and supply chain management.
Software License Management .
