About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Evoke in New Delhi with a 6-day work week. The candidate will be responsible for procurement, inventory management, clinic audits, and staff roster management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement: Manage procurement processes for supplies, equipment, and services. Build strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely, cost-effective purchasing.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct audits, and optimize stock levels to ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
• Roster Management: Develop and manage staff schedules, handle conflicts, and ensure adequate coverage.
• Process Setting and Audits: Establish and document SOPs, review and update processes, and conduct internal audits to improve efficiency and compliance.
