Title: Junior Account Manager – Staffing Industry Location: Mohali
Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our staffing firm to help manage a few direct client accounts.
You will help expand the targeted accounts assigned by:
Personalized relationship building
Dedicated to our delivery model
Zoom and face-to-face interaction
Raise the bar on proficiency and transparency between the client and our firm
Account Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and build relationships with prospective clients
Be responsible for initial client on-boarding, fostering client relationships and farming execution
Drive customer acquisition through attending meetings
Sell and negotiate our recruiting services to past, active and target customers
Professionally represent the company through marketing strategies
Collaborate with other Account Managers and Recruiters in order to find optimal job matches
Analyzes business trends and relevant economic indicators for hiring and compensation information to utilize in the selection of candidates.
Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing and maintaining suitable clients.
Education, Experience & Qualifications:
Previous work experience within the roles of, or related fields of, Account Management, Business Development, Inside/Outside Sales, Client Success Management, etc.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively
Good working as a sole contributor, but even better Team Player
Very Comfortable with Multi-Tasking and Constantly Changing Priorities
Strong sense of urgency, resilience, and desire to achieve this at a high level
