Work From Home: Depending on the prevailing situation, you may have to work out of office situated in Bangalore.
Job Functions & Responsibilities
Help learners craft a long-term plan for reaching their career objectives
Work with students to overcome issues that could undermine their academic or career success
Counsel individual students, working with them to aid in the development of both domain and soft skills
Implement student outreach campaigns by publishing, tracking, and evaluating campaign outcomes and strategies
Maintain strong relationships with students by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new career opportunities
Ensure quality service to students, while upholding organizational Values at all times
Connect students to additional resources such as financial aid, vocational training, extensive counselling, as needed
Collaborate with faculty, staff and other internal teams to help achieve organization-wide goals and contribute to its long-term planning
Enable seamless communication with multiple internal teams to successfully meet the student outcomes
Identify product / service improvements or new products / services by remaining current on industry trends, student interests, market activities, and competitors
Maintain student master data and build actionable reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Serve internal teams with custom reports enabling quick decision making and outcome of intended activities.

Working knowledge/experience of the Education space

Love to interact with students all day long
Deep levels of patience and ability to stay calm
Excellent communication in English language (spoken & written)
Any additional spoken & written language abilities are desirable (Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu)
Strong presentation skills (online & offline)
Advanced computer skills; can work with varied software tools
Proficient with productivity tools such as Office 365 and others
Smartphone with Android 9.0 and above or iOS 14.0 and above
