Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at Eternz. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day customer support tasks, including addressing customer inquiries across channels (Calls, Emails, Social Media), providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves interacting with customers to understand and resolve their queries, as well as providing assistance in selecting and customising jewellery products.
