Responsibilities: –
1. Greet patients as soon as they arrive and connect with appropriate person ( patient relationship manager and next)
2. Answering the calls in timely manner and direct calls and queries to the concerned person and authorities.
3.creat and manage the attendance in hard copy (register) and maintain digital sheet which need to be shared with payroll team on time.
4. Schedule appointment /confirm treatment slots/rescheduling of therapy and appointment post discussing with concerned person.
5. Maintaining the nabh documentation as per criteria of NABH’S fde roles.
6. Maintaining records and accounts of patients.
7. Assisting patients in filling medical records
8. Ensuring the medical environment is welcoming, calm and quiet for patients as well as for their families.
9. Assisting other administrative staff with overflow work, including follow up calls /appointment calls for patients, data entry etc.
10. Feedback recordings.
