Roles and Responsibilities
Management of Permanent and Contract employees.
Training and Development – On boarding, Induction and Orientation of new joiner.
Protects the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
This work includes, but is not limited to, increasing workforce capability, providing change leadership, talent management / succession planning and supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement.
Ensure statutory and banking compliance are done on a timely basis.
Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
Work with managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties interestsAssess business units human resources training needs and conduct 1:1 discussions.
Desired Candidate Profile
One should be confident, smart, presentable with good communication skills is required.
Knows when it’s important to be able to act as a mature advisor and when to be a dependable worker by rolling up sleeves and executing a job assigned.
Acumen and understanding of financials and ties HR activities to the bottom line, knowing what levers to pull to influence budgeting/ forecast etc.
Understands HR to be both a service and a control function; doesn’t see these as divergent (knows that credibility gained from service leads to the acceptance of control suggestions/actions)
