We are now looking for a Human Delivery Specialist to perform HR Delivery tasks according to standard processes/procedures. Perform analysis and suggest improvements on processes and tools. Run and participate in HR Delivery projects. Manage agreed local vendors!

What you will do :

• Deliver Human Resources services.
• Respond to Tier 2 enquiries for Employees and Line Managers
• Time evaluation error handling
• Time Interface Error log analysis & error clearing
• Perform Quota, Work schedules & holiday updates
• Perform other time administration activities
• Provide Project & Process Support
• Participate in global & regional release testing
• Support on Time Management Projects, M&A and Outsourcings
• Experience with Organization Management (OM) and PA (Personnel Administration)

You will bring :

• HRMS (SAP) knowledge is must.
• Understanding of basics of Time management landscape/time reporting and approval would be added advantage.
• 2-3 years Expereince.
