The Automation Engineer (AE)! Automates the activities identified and defined for a customer as per approved requirement and high-level, low level design (HLD, LLD) document. AE is responsible for ensuring that the delivered automation provide the vital functionality and perform in accordance to the overall requirements and to the customer’s expectation.

You will
Be responsible for automation systems development, programming, and testing.
Understand “automation delivery”! process and ability to implement end to end user accepted solutions. Scope and identify success criteria and inputs needed for developing the automation
Lead automation implementation activities from projects/programs perspective as technical lead/mentor. Give in crafting high level/low-level design (LLD) specifications and other documents.
Give to project plan and participate in all project phases. Automate via reuse and coding standards. Specifying techniques for validation and ensuring repeatability in results
Participate in evolution of Automation and tools for delivery in Ericsson environments. Create a knowledge base of use cases and approaches for them to be accessible to larger community of practitioners
To be successful in the role you must have
Programming languages Python including sophisticated libraries Pandas, NumPy, Multiprocessing, logging, VAEX, databases (MONGO) and Web Services
Automation tools framework including Flask with Ngnix, Message Broker.
Software Development Life Cycles including SCRUM, Agile
Operating System: Linux/Unix, Basic shell scripting
Versioning tools: GIT/SVN
Experience as a software/automation Developer (Python, Database etc.)
Experience in improving and maintaining automation, robotics and processing systems.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Computer Science or Information Technology
Experince 4-8 years
