Summary
Reporting to the Director, Executive Hiring, the Senior Manager, Executive Hiring will play a lead role designing search strategies, direct sourcing, engaging with top external and internal talent, and taking on accountability for management of end-to-end executive searches.

This senior role will implement the resourcing policies, framework and processes that drive constant results, and external market awareness focused on exceptional candidate experience and differentiated internal customer experience.

This hire will build diverse candidate pipelines across a variety of functions (Data Centre Services, Corporate Functions, Product, Sales, Marketing etc.), and leverage creativity and resourcefulness to drive results, while delivering a differentiated experience to leaders.
