Why we are looking for you
As a Product Owner you will work on groundbreaking multichannel SaaS Digital Marketing Platform that focuses on uniquely identify the customer’s patterns, effectively interact with them across channels and achieve a positive return on marketing investment (ROMI).
You will own complete product or subset of product and build the best possible product by effectively engaging with team members. Product owner will have a vision for the product that is being built.
You will be working closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization, so he or she must be able to communicate and keep them informed on overall health of the project

The platform helps consolidate and integrates the features and functionality typically found in stand-alone services and channel-specific messaging platforms to give marketers a tightly integrated, easily orchestrated, insights-driven, cross channel marketing capability.
What you will do
Creates and Maintains the Product Backlog
Prioritizes and sequences the backlog according to business priority
Help teams with the elaboration of Epics, Themes and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint
Interface with business teams to assess ongoing business needs and translate those needs into systems requirements
Conveys the Vision and Goals at the beginning of every Release and Sprint and represents the customer, interfaces and engages the customer
Participate in Agile scrum ceremonies and track the product progress at the end of every Sprint with complete authority to accept or reject work done
Design and spec review, including test plan, performance testing and sizing and benchmark
Coordinate with other product owners in India and North America on overall product roadmap and global prioritization
Review and give feedback & approve product deliveries according to acceptance criteria within the area of responsibility
Own release notes and feature availability to delivery teams
Work with UX team to ensure product’s usability
Identify, track and resolve project issues and risks
Communicates the progress and challenges with key stakeholders
Setup and configure the product environments for the client demo
Communicate and coordinate with client teams to prioritize the hotfix to support critical projects
Mentor the team members/BSAs
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Business or Marketing disciplines or equivalent degree is required
10+ years of business analysis experience around database marketing technologies and data management, and technical understanding in these areas
2+ years’ experience as product owner in digital marketing product or data integration platform with a solid understanding of users, the marketplace, the competition and of future trends of the Marketing and customer data platform space
Good experience in Cloud (AWS), .Net, API and web technologies
Good experience in working with geographically and culturally diverse teams
Experience in working with Matrix organizations
Familiarity with multi-channel client installations and integrations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle complex product
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems quickly
